All transactions on the ry36 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
6.1 ry36 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any funds attributable to bonus credits may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
6.3 ry36 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such action will not affect bets already placed or wagering already in progress at the time of the change.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematic exploitation of wagering requirements, or coordinated abuse across related accounts — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
6.5 In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any ry36 intellectual property without prior written authorisation from ry36.
9.3 Game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios. Your use of any game does not confer any ownership rights over the game content.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ry36 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.
10.2 ry36's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 ry36 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits ry36's liability for death or personal injury caused by ry36's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.1 ry36 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. ry36 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and deploys active responsible gaming tools accessible from every Player Account.
11.2 Available responsible gaming tools at ry36 include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; loss limits; cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days); and permanent self-exclusion.

14.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights pending resolution of a dispute.
